Modern Jodlowa House in Krakow, Poland

Designed by the creative British architects from PCKO together with Polish folks from MOFO Architects, the stunning Jodlowa House in Krakow, Poland, definitely kicks off as a whole. With large ground to wall windows, a sprawling living room, a ravishing indoor pool and 2 main bedrooms – all are designed in the most elegant way possible. Stone walls in the living room for class, a garden and trees to surround it for a “green” feeling, and a very spicy price attached, the glass house certainly makes you feel like living amongst nature in style. But what about privacy?

Thomas Coward’s Dune Basin

Developed by Thomas Coward, the Principal Designer of Australian bathroom products manufacturer Omvivo, the Dune Basin is clearly inspired by the swelling and falling forms of the desert landscape. To be officially released this upcoming July, the Dune Basin is an organic take on modernist basin design: sleek and deliberately asymmetrical. What I find interesting about the Dune Basin’s design is that, unlike many of Omvivo’s other Basin designs, the Dune is not weighed down with strong angular accents or slabs of weighty material in the traditional modernist sense. Although the images focus more intentionally on a clean, simple modern bathroom design to complement the sink, it may be interesting to see the Dune Basin in a hip, charming bathroom that did not focus so much on a stream-lined motif. The Dune Basin certainly doesn’t discount this as a possibility.

Dang Residence by Pb Elemental Architecture

Designed by Pb Elemental Architecture, this organic wooden residence (actually the Dang Residence) is a super savvy structure in Greenwood, Seattle, that “shines” thanks to its stylish furnishings, unique interiors filled with modern art and its very own private courtyard to spend time in. Spread over 3200 sq feet, this two storied house comes with two large balconies, a spacious dining room (with a chic dining set) and a colorful living area that mixes red, green, black and brown for an artistic effect that looks nothing short of cool.

Luxurious Residence by Judy Goodger

Elegant to the core, this luxurious residence by Judy Goodger is more than a treasure house. And just to make our point, who wouldn’t want their very own private pool with a spiral staircase or a floating wall at the head of the stairs in the living room? A spectacular design that gives the house a totally exotic and unique look, Judy managed to attach the kitchen and the dinning area with sleek sliding glass doors. All clean and modern with amazing lighting, the whole thing exudes style and charms with its lavish motifs.

Metaconcrete’s Universe Light

True to its name, Korean design studio Metaconcrete’s Universe Light is a stellar (no pun intended) display that literally splashes light against interiors in exciting and unbound ways. What I find most interesting about the Universe Light is how simply its designed, yet how effectively it does its job as a remarkable accent display. Though a simple idea and structure, the Universe Light is an atmospheric accentuation that is absolutely a fantastic late-night accent to a living space, bathroom or charming bedroom. It would also be a great addition to a space with high ceilings (to really build on that Universe concept), or to add charm to an infusive exterior/interior garden space.
