Resurfacing and re-laminating the cabinets can completely revamp their appearance. This revamped appearance will then make the entire kitchen more visually appealing. This is because even the most minor of improvements will have a ripple effect throughout the entire kitchen. It also goes to show you that even small alterations to a kitchen can improve its overall look.

It would also be helpful to replace any old or dulled kitchen furniture. If a table has seen better days, then it might be best to replace so it no longer detracts from the kitchen. For those that may not have the budget to replace the table, purchasing a new tablecloth could do the trick as well. Again, the process of improving the look of a kitchen is rarely expensive or complicated. Often, it is small, simple modifications can yield tremendous results.

Created in collaboration with the design studio Dada, the complementary dining tables, refrigerator, dishwater, steam and standard ovens, food warming drawer, gas stove and wine cellar can all be adjusted to hide (as required) behind the panels which have the same finish as the walls. A great concept for a modernist home (especially for those among us with a love for Armani’s signature design style), this kitchen would be a brilliant premise for those interested in entertaining in a high-end modular concept home. This awesome futuristic kitchen concept design was designed by Sebastien Poupeau. At a first glance this kitchen might look like an Apple product, clean design, sleek lines, and of course eye catching, but this beautiful design is a futuristic kitchen that offers “a food cutting area, a digital screen enabling the cooker to pilot the equipment, listen to music or access to the web to find recipes for instance — this ‘multi-screen’ is extended by a dining surface.” On both sides stand two units; one with induction hobs and an oven for cooking, preparing; the other with a sink and its drying rack fitted into and a dishwasher with two separated racks. The project also envelops an upper level for the hood and a heating area. A light made of optical fibre under the surface holds the glasses over the guests.

The Lap Counter is a plastic tray and a neat kitchen facility, which gives you the mobility to peel, chop, slice fruits and vegetables almost anywhere in the house. It’s ergonomically shaped to fit the lap of the sitting person and it’s molded for both a container and a working surface.
